Application Rules

Hey and welcome to The Luminarium! You ended up here because YOU want to become an artist of our team!
As an artist on The Luminarium you have access to the whole forums (witch means loads of more resources, tips, nice conversations and feedback!)
Also you will be able to contribute to our Exhibits, releasing your work on all our showcase places!

How to join the team?
Fill out the following application form and we will take your application in account!

Important:
Note that we are not only looking for quality in art but also quality in personality. We are a very open community and we share a lot to the non-artists. If you become part of the team we reckon you represent Luminarium in a good way, sharing resources and giving a helpful hand to those who need it. Being a part of The Luminarium not only means benefits for yourself, you need to be able to give, not only take! That is what we stand for as a group.

Make a new thread (thread name is: "your name" application) with the answers to the following questions:

• Alias/nickname:
• Years of experience:
• Your deviantArt account:
• Your personal favorite piece:

• What are you looking for in art:
• How can you contribute to the team:
• Are you able to help others with their art:
• Why do you want to become part of the team:
• What do you expect from the team:



How your application will be judged:
Your application will be read by our artist team and administrators. They will give their opinion about your application and most of the time give a yes or no vote. If your application comes out positive (more yes votes then no) the Application Moderator will take your application in account. They will talk to you and see what kind of person you are. If you are up to Lum's standards you will be accepted into the team!

Additional Rules:

• Before you post your application, make sure you have the right icon selected for your thread:
• If you get rejected it will be because of a good reason. Accept the fact you didn't make it and take it mature. If not you we will deal with you accordingly.
• Only artists who are on the team can give a valid vote. Non artists can also bring there opinion to the application but they can't say yes/no. If you are a non artist give a solid reason why you think that person should be in the team or not.
• Because of the amount of space artists already here in the team we are going to be hard on space artists. You really have to bring something unique to the team to get in with space art, sorry!
• Because our staff is really busy with the forums it could take a while before you will have a yes/no response from the staff. Be patient please! Everyone will be looked at!
• If you have applied and been denied you may not make another application for 3 months, this is to assure that everyone gets a fair chance in joining.
