Definitely, great pictures! I love images that consist of multiple photos! Also, the first one has this special feeling to it since the water looks like fog in the foreground. I've always wanted to achieve something like this; too bad that the next coast is over 500km away sad.gif

I'd have liked to see the surfer image in color. Seeing that it displays a pretty vivid action, it does contradict a little with the "nostalgic" black/white. A cool shot though, that's for sure!

Hmmm, judging from the pics I'd guess you live in Australia, right?

thank you very much, um first i want to know how you figured that i lived in australia just from these images? tongue.gif you been here before? or just a lucky guess biggrin.gif

as for the sport image being in Black and white there was two reason for that, one i think it really increased the contrast and definition of white wash and the water, and the main one was that the surfer and some of the waves had a purple outline around them, which i assume is due to the late afternoon sun reflecting off the water, however i am not quite sure.

uploading the coloured version now but.

Hehe, well, it was mostly a guess. You know, crystal-blue water, surfers. Recent shots illustrating a surfer-paradise must be on the southern hemisphere. So I just picked Australia with this info given tongue.gif

Hmm, yeah, you can try increasing contrast a little on that photo. Maybe make the water really deep-blue to make the image really pop out. Not sure about the surfer's clothes with the purple stuff -- they might look this way in reality.

I vote that the black and white image looks better to me.

I love the first two shots of the distance and the shore/sky all meeting the water. So magical, those kinds of photos.
