I very much like the minimalistic web 2.0 style in these sites. The first and the last are the best ones. The two broken up orange navigation bar / banner kind of make the page feel awkward on the second one, and the third one has a bit too much going on in the header area. Overall these are some nice designs though.

from a website coder I really do enjoy simplistic artworks. So easy to code and looks great. I would say though that borders (boxes) help a lot. Most business people want their work to be organized and clean. I would say incorporate gradient borders to organize the text boxes. Study text art too. Especially advertisement cause that really helps with organizing websites. Your colors are spot on. I would say you have a solid foundation with easy simplistic sites. Just the borders to really organize would help you greatly.

I like all of them except the 3rd one. The colors on the 3rd one do not work together. The magenta is a bit too powerful. If it was the same cyan blue you used on other parts of the website or something more orange then it might work. Like Sneaky said, it's a bit too busy. Also the post title color, that midtoned green does not work as well. It should be brighter so it can catch the attention of the viewer.

I'd say that the best thing actually is to make the header an orange color and make the post titles that same orange color since orange is the complement color of blue.

Otherwise, really nice designs! keep it up!
