Hi, welcome to Lum forums!

Thanks for your words, we really appreciate them!
As for your intrests in digital art, here you can find great feedback for your wips and future works.
The secret is to practice, practice all you can with the programs. Look for tutorials on deviant art, they are verry helpfull aswell.
Tf you are new to the program, start geting to know all the basic tools, and then continue with the most advanced ones.
Seek for quality and concepts in your works, those are verry important things to keep in mind.
Dont worry, sooner or later you will master your tecniques. smile.gif

Thats a great start for being your first try on space art!
I suggest you making bigger images, like :1200 x 900 at least, so we can appreciate them 100%
So far the background has some nice nebula on it, and the starfield is nicely done for your first try.
See if you can make the stars smaller, aswell as the outer and inner glow from the planets/moons.
Try to figure out where you want to take your art. Whether realistic, or conceptual, both are great posibilities, but remember you are in space, and there has to be some realism there. look at hubble images, or visit Gucken & Taenaron's Gallery, there you will find great inspiration to start smile.gif, I could name other 50 awesome space artists here, but I think thats enough smile.gif

I also recomend you to upload your works into Deviant art. There you will have a lot of feedback from people around the world, and more exposure too.

when i sow your work i figured mine was so lame xD
how can i make the stars?i mean, how can i spread them so fine and how can i make them small and 'beautiful'...how do u do it?
and how do u make planets?you just select a terain with a circular selection and then ad a effect like Spherize?or how?
and my biggest consirn is that i dont know how i can make the nebulas or the background(space scene stars etc) to be so colorfull and fine and nice to the eye?that is complicated... :S

edit:
